New Head of Biometrics in LINK Medical, Norway

Jon B Borgaard is from 1 September 2015 Head of Biometrics in LINK Medical.

Jon has recent experience as Clinical Director and Head of Clinical Operations in significant biotech companies in Norway. Before that he gained broad experience in Data management and Biometric as Manager of Biometrics in Nycomed/GE Healthcare.

Jon holds a MSc degree within Biophysics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (1987), and a Master of Management from the BI Norwegian School of Management (2002).

We are very pleased to welcome Jon in LINK Medical.

LINK Medical will hold a presentation about Health economic aspects of individual-based therapy - how can we afford this?

Our Senior Health Economist Per Boström, MSc(Pharm) RPh in LINK Medical Sweden will hold a presentation in Stockholm on April 27th, 2015. The presentation, “Health economic aspects of individual-based therapy - how can we afford this?” is part of a full-day programme hosted by Fokus Pharma AB, on the theme ”Trends and challenges for the future of drug development and health”. 

New Senior Projects Manager in LINK Medical, Norway

Jacobo Blanco, started as a Senior Project Manager in LINK Medical January 2015.

He holds a Master Science in Molecular Biology and has 19 years of experience with clinical studies, which 8 years as a Global Project Manager in several research based biotech companies and CROs. For over 3 years he was Head of Pharmacovigilance, and is a certified user of the EudraVigilance web-based reporting tool (EVWEB) provided by EMA. 

We are pleased to welcome Jacobo to our Project Management team, who has experience from international clinical projects. His expertise  is valuable for our customers, coordinating  the functional groups involved in a project, addressing risks and issues to deliver the projects according to customers expectations.

New Regulatory Manager Medical Device in LINK Medical, Norway

Lars Guntveit is from the 1st of January 2015 employed as Regulatory Manager Medical Device in LINK Medical Research.  Lars has previous experience from Medistim ASA as VP Regulatory Affairs and from Alertis Medical ASA as VP Technology development. He has broad experience from regulatory requirements and documentation required for obtaining CE-mark in Europe and FDA 510(k) clearance in US for medical devices.  

Lars holds a University degree from University of Salford, Manchester, England within Electronic Computer Systems. In addition to his regulatory expertise Lars also has many years of experience of product development and project management from other industries.

We are very happy to welcome Lars Guntveit to our Medical Device team.

New Health Economic Manager in LINK Medical, Norway

We are happy to announce that  Eivind Jørgensen is from the 1st of January employed as Health Economic Manager in LINK Medical Research.  Eivind is a senior in Health Economist and has a very long and broad experience in this field. He comes from a position as Nordic Access Lead in BMS, and has a long carrier in health economic modelling and analysis as well as governmental affairs and health policy analysis.

Eivind holds a MPhil in Economics from University of Oslo.  In addition he has a Diploma in Health Economics from University of Tromsø and Project Management studies at the Norwegian Business School.

 

We are very happy to have him aboard on our Health Economics team in LINK Medical, his expertise and local knowledge will enforce our team dedicated to the successful commercialization of your product.
