All LINK employees have a BSc or higher degree (MSc, PhD ) in the natural sciences or healthcare. All personnel in Norway are required to pass a Clinical Trials Certification Course (6 days + exams), which is arranged by the Norwegian Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, while staff in Sweden undergo Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training which is arranged by Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Science. In addition we keep up to date on regulatory requirements for individual countries.
