The LINK management team has a broad combination of competencies and experience. We have backgrounds from pharmaceuticals, medicine and different areas of the natural sciences.

The majority have a background in the pharmaceutical industry, and have worked with clinical development, regulatory affairs, marketing and management. 	Ola Gudmundsen   CEO Ola Gudmundsen, PhD, born 1958 and is the founder of LINK.   Ola Gudmundsen has an MSc in human physiology and holds a PhD from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Oslo. 	Randi Riise   Director Quality Assurance Randi Riise, born 1953, moved from start-up company Lauras AS to join LINK  in March 2005.   She has a master’s degree in chemistry from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She has held various positions in the fields of clinical research, regulatory affairs and quality assurance, at pharmaceutical companies and with the Regulatory Authorities. 	Grethe Berven   Director Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance Grethe Berven, born 1973, joined LINK in February 1999. She has served as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance since January 2009. She has an MSc in toxicology from the University of Oslo, but took her master’s degree at the Norwegian Radium Hospital, where she investigated the side effects of cancer treatments. 	Ann Ingeborg Wålen Director Clinical Operations  Ann Ingeborg Wålen, born 1969, joined LINK  in October 2007.   She has a master’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Oslo and the University of Kansas Medical Center, and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management.   Ann Ingeborg started her career at the Norwegian Medicines Agency as a Clinical Trial and Pharmacovigilance Officer. She subsequently held positions as Medical Manager and Clinical Research Associate at Hoffman La Roche. 	Trond Haider   Director of Biometrics   Trond Haider, Senior Statistician & Senior Health economist,  born 1949, moved from GE to join LINK Medical Research in March 2007.   He has served as Senior Statistician & Senior Health economist in LINK since March 2007.   Trond studied mathematical statistics at the Institute of Mathematics, University of Oslo. 	Johan Söderqvist Managing Director LINK Sweden Johan Söderqvist, born 1969, joined LINK in September 2008.   He has a bachelor degree in pharmacy from the University of Uppsala/Södertörns högskola.   Johan has more than ten years of CRO experience. 	Marianne Holst Managing Director, LINK Denmark Marianne Holst, born 1959, joined LINK in August 2011 Marianne is a Registered Nurse from Copenhagen and has more than 20 years of experience within clinical research.
